2. Data collection and use for contract processing and opening a customer account

3. Data transfer
For fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO we pass on your data to shipping companies commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the order process, we will forward payment data collected to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and any payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payments or to the selected payment service. In part, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, provided that you create an account there. Data transfer to shipping service providers

Data transfer to collection agencies
For fulfilment of contract in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 S, 1 lit. b DSGVO we will transfer your data to a commissioned collecting company if our payment request will not have been fulfilled despite of previous reminder. In this case the receivables will be collected directly by the collection agency. 4. Postal advertising and your right to object
In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address for our own advertising purposes, e.g. to send interesting offers and information about our products by letter. 5. Data usage in payment processing

6. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

To display our Trusted Shops Quality Seal and, if available, the collected ratings as well as to offer the Trusted Shops products to customers after having placed an order, theTrusted Shops Trustbadge has been integrated in this website.

This serves to safeguard our prevailing legitimate interests, within the frame of a balancing of interests, in an optimal marketing by ensuring a secure shopping in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 S, 1 lit. f DSGVO. The Trustbadge and the products advertised with it are an offer of the Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln. When calling up the Trustbadge, the web server automatically safes a so-called server logfile which also contains your IP address, date and time of the call, data volume transferred and the inquiring provider (access data) documenting the call. Individual access data is saved to analyse security anomalies in a security data base. The Logfiles are erased automatically latest 90 days after creation.

Further personal data is transferred to the Trusted Shops GmbH if after completion of an order you decide to use Trusted Shops products or you are already registered for the use. The agreed contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. This is done by an automatic collection of personal data from the order data. It is automatically checked if you are already registered for product use by means of a neutral parameter, which checks by an automated process through an e-mail address which is hashed by a cryptological one-way function. Before transferring the e-mail address it is converted into a hash value which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically erased.

This is required for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops' prevailing legitimate interests in providing customer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional valuation services in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 S, 1 lit. b DSGVO. 7. Cookies

10. Security
Your personal information given in the purchase order process are encrypted using SSL 256-bit technology during transmission on the internet. Credit card information will not be stored, but sent directly to the corresponding payment provider for direct processing via secure transmission. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control.

11. Embedded YouTube videos
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
